Plan prices, renewal, cancellation, refunds and AI allowances.
Last updated October 8, 2026Destroy the Markets, LLC is the merchant. Contact support@destroythemarkets.com or 5805 State Bridge Rd STE G83, Johns Creek, GA 30097. Pro is USD $9.99 per month or USD $99 per year, as selected at checkout. Any additional applicable taxes are shown before purchase confirmation. These are the monthly and annual prices offered to new customers; legacy commitments remain governed by the offer those customers accepted.
Public data browsing and standard available explanations are free. Paid access enables the premium research tools and eligible research exports identified in the product and account plan. Custom AI explanations and Deep Destroy are subject to separate allowances and feature availability; a subscription does not promise unlimited inference. The account's actual plan, feature access and credit balances control.
New paid checkout is not currently enabled in DTM. Publishing these terms does not start a subscription, charge a user or convert a free account. Test or sandbox billing does not represent a live commercial purchase. These purchase terms apply when checkout is enabled and you affirmatively accept the disclosed offer.
When live purchase is enabled, your initial charge occurs when you confirm purchase. The selected subscription renews automatically for successive monthly or annual periods at the disclosed price until canceled. Check the charge, interval and next billing date shown by checkout and billing records before confirming. No trial is offered under these published plans. Any future trial or promotion must disclose its duration, conversion charge and cancellation deadline before enrollment.
Open My account → Plan & billing → Manage billing & cancellation, then use Stripe's billing portal to cancel the subscription. Contact support@destroythemarkets.com if the online route is unavailable or you need help. Keep the cancellation confirmation and check your account for the stopped-renewal status and access end date.
Cancellation stops future renewal and normally preserves eligible paid access until the displayed period-end time. Request cancellation before the next renewal begins processing. If you requested cancellation on time but are charged, contact support with the confirmation so we can investigate and correct an erroneous charge. Cancellation remains available if a payment fails.
Cancellation and account deletion are different. Self-service deletion first verifies that associated subscriptions have fully ended. An active subscription scheduled to cancel at period end still blocks deletion until it has ended; choose cancellation alone to retain paid-period access.
For immediate account closure before period end, email support so future renewal and remaining access can be closed together before deletion. If billing status cannot be verified, deletion does not complete and the account remains available. A pending support request is not a confirmation that billing or deletion has completed. Completed deletion ends account access, including remaining premium access; retained records are explained in the Privacy Notice.
You may request a full refund of your first subscription purchase within seven calendar days after the initial successful charge by emailing support@destroythemarkets.com. This applies to the first monthly or annual purchase, not ordinary renewals or repeat purchases. On refund, future renewal is canceled and refunded premium access ends.
After that window, ordinary cancellation does not automatically provide a prorated refund for the current paid period. We correct duplicate, unauthorized or erroneous charges and honor legally required refunds and withdrawal rights. If DTM discontinues material prepaid service, we provide an appropriate remedy, which may include a prorated refund. This policy does not restrict cardholder or statutory rights.
Stripe may retry failed payments according to the payment provider's applicable settings. DTM does not promise a universal retry schedule or a seven-day payment grace period. Existing verified paid-period access is not extended merely because a renewal remains unpaid. Premium access can be restricted when the eligible period ends or the subscription no longer qualifies.
Use the billing portal to update payment details or cancel, and contact support with errors. A retry does not authorize a different plan or erase a confirmed cancellation. Saved research remains associated with the account after downgrade under the Privacy Notice's retention criteria; premium features may be restricted. This is not a promise of permanent storage.
The standard Pro allowance is 100 custom explanations and 20 Deep Destroy runs per allowance period, subject to feature availability. An account-specific allowance or override is shown in AI credits in account settings. The displayed allowance period and reset date control; an annual payment interval does not itself promise annual pooled credits. Dates are shown using your saved time preferences.
Available standard and cached explanations are unmetered. Fresh eligible custom or Deep Destroy work reserves a credit in the applicable allowance. Successful work settles the reservation; failed work does not permanently consume a credit, and uncertain transactions are reconciled to prevent double consumption. Pending reservations can temporarily reduce the available balance.
Unused credits do not roll over into a new allowance period. When an allowance is exhausted, new metered requests are unavailable until a reset or authorized allowance change; available free or cached content can still be used. There is no automatic paid overage or separate credit purchase without a separately disclosed affirmative purchase.
Use your payment receipt, billing portal and account plan to check the amount, interval, status and next billing or access-end date. Contact support if they disagree. We provide notices and acknowledgments required for the applicable purchase and jurisdiction; these terms do not represent that an undisclosed reminder program is already running.
Price changes apply prospectively after required notice and an opportunity to cancel, with renewed consent where required. Changes do not retroactively authorize charges or replace a legacy price commitment.
